I would like to creamated, but instead of something cliche like being scattered in a garden or some other quasi sentimental place, I would like my close family and friends to put my ashes in their food and eat me. There is such a taboo in Western society about food. Very ethnocentric. The idea of consuming human flesh, solid or dust, is very disconcerting to people. As my very last act, I would like to make people as uncomfortable as I have felt my entire life. I would like Sleater-Kinney's "The Swimmer" to be playing while my remains are being eaten, because I'm a swimmer and I feel like my whole life can be summed up by the lyrics.
