Advice to Tanda Age 20
1. Walk away from Daniel Bresler; even though you have a lot in common and you will learn a lot from him, he is your spiritual nemesis. His objective is to bring you under his complete subjection and alienate all your friends and family. He thinks he is God so avoid him at all costs. I cannot stress this enough.
2. Don't waste money and apply to ORU, you will get in, but the tuition is impossible and they will only offer you a partial scholarship. Also God's will is for you to continue at UMBC because there you will encounter people and scenarios that will change your spiritual life for the better.
3. Send in FAFSA before March 1
4. Don't feel so bad about having to return to Montgomery College in the fall. You will have two more awesome semesters, meet awesome people, and will be offered a full scholarship to attend UMBC.
5. You should attend other more culturally oriented clubs than that stupid phallocentric philosophy club.
6. You will be a borderline A/B for Calculus I for the semester. You will catch what might be the worst flu ever and miserably fail (FAIL) the final exam. This can be avoided by speaking to the professor about your illness and he will allow you to take the final exam another day.
7. Organic Chemistry is easier than people think. You will get an A in Organic II, only after you see the light, but can get an A in part I if you see the light earlier. This light is that you should approach the material conceptually, just think of it all as the movement of electrons. You don't have to memorize anything, just know the fundamentals and by concept you can figure out the rest. Have fun!!!
8. Seek a relationship with God.
9. During the summer you will encounter a UMBC student named Tiffany, do not brush her off. Talk to her more, she will introduce you to a very good community.
10. Try to meet different people everyday.
