Advice for me at 18:
1- Every friend cannot be all things to you. Some can't even be anything. Don't assume you are friends because of mutual activities/work. Also do not assume this as a basis for love.
2- Don't let that therapist tell you nothing is wrong. Find someone who will listen to you. Own your unhappiness.
