Advice To Rich Setup at Twenty-two
1. Do not drink so much, it only makes your mood worse.
2. Stay in Tallahassee. You have a good situation there. A few years later you will wish you could find rent that cheap again, a landlord that cool again and a city you like so much.
3. Do not quit your job at the gas station. Doing so will lead you to drink too much and ultimately your escape from Tallahassee. Later on down the road, after a series of horrible jobs, you will realise that it was the best job you ever had and it paid pretty well.
4. When Christina asks if you are ok with what is going on, you should say "no" and put a stop to it. At the time it will be a relief to say yes, but it's something that will haunt you for years to come.
5. Do not accept the overwhelming amount of responsibility concerning the collective that is dropped in your lap. In the end the collective will be shut down by Code Enforcement and you will recieve a large part of the blame even though you were not there when the troubles started, only forced to deal with them when they are at their worst.
6. Get that bastric-bypass operation. The place will call you once but never follow up with your doctor. Do not be too embarrassed to call your doctor about it just because your mom is his nurse. When your father's insurance plan runs out at 24 you will greatly regret not getting that operation while you could because it is much to expensive.
7. Do not let Erin annoy you so much that you start hating your radio show. She is just a temporary problem that really does not know what she is talking about. You'll try to regain the feeling you had at another radio station in another town, but it just won't work. Late into your 20's, you will tell people crazy stories about your radio show and how much fun it was and how much you miss it.
