(age 12) Talk more. Being a good listener is all very well, but remember that you have valuable and interesting things to say too. Don't be afraid to be wrong.
(age 16) Be more confident with women; they actually find you more attractive and intriguing than you realise.
(age 15) Don't tell them that you like Princess Diana.
(age 30) Learn how to manage your dark periods better; you are going to fuck up this relationship if you are not careful.
(age 5 onwards) Be kinder to yourself; all this anxiety and worry over things you can't control is a waste of time.
(age 8) You are good at sport if someone shows you how to do it properly. Ignore those arsehole PE teachers and be brave about being picked last for teams; you are a good person, have talent in other areas and being great at footy and cricket is not everything.
(age 38) You don't need to eat the entire packet of Tim Tams. It will only make you feel better for about 30 seconds.
