Advice for Page at age 8 in Texas
1-you shouldn't care that kyle called you fat, he's going to be a huge failure in about 10 years
2-you shouldn't have said those things to landry
3-you should start going to therapy soon so you dont get depressed in high school
4-you should draw and paint and sketch and write every single day
5-you should tell your sister to fuck off and then never ever ever listen to what she says again, she is angry and hateful and if you dont stop listening to her, you will have a lot of issues with hating yourself later
6-find one thing that you are good at and work on it until you are better at it than everyone else
7-dont join girls choir
8-its ok that you dont care about playing the piano, you wont later, no matter what mom says
9-dont listen to kelly either, she is shallow and stupid and it is pointless to compete with her because people like her always win. but they dont really "win"... you will discover that later and laugh really hard
10-always be happy that you know you want to see life outside of texas, even though your friends dont
11-be confident and screw everyone else
12-stay vulnerable because you will be bitter and guarded later if you dont
