Age 14
1. Help out your mom more. She tries her best and does well for your dad being gone.
2. Don't skip classes because you will be caught by a truancy officer and put on campus probation.
3. Don't go to Chris's house anymore because he will try to persuade you to try smoking pot and you will fall into the temptation. You will get caught by your mom before you quit.
4. Save your money this year and cut yards for money and stop just asking your mother for money. She really needs the money for other things at this time.
5. Get prepared for the worst when you change schools. Killeen High is not a very good school at all. And has a lot of gang activity that you can easily get involved with.
6. Don't get jumped into the L B click because you will think it is stupid soon after and wont want to be apart of it any more.
Age 15
1. Robert, don't fight Max. You are going to go to alternative school if you do and it will not be fun.
2. Turn in your work in Miss Hanalei's because she will fail you if u don't and u will have to go to summer school.
3. Call your great grandfather more and give him good company because he will die this year.
4. Get in shape because u will get picked up for the Olympic development team and play with them in Alabama.
5. Don't fight Raphael because he's in boxing and knows how to fight. It won't turn out like you think it will.
6. Try and keep your GPA high this year because it only gets harder next year.
7. Don't give in to the peer pressure and start stealing from stores. It gets addictive and it you will get caught later.
8. Don't be so cocky on the football field because you'll loose one of your friends from it.
9. Don't rush to get your driving permit because you will get grounded the week of your birthday.
Age 16
1. Don't hang around with DC. He will stab you in the back over something stupid.
2. Stay away from willow springs. They will jump you if they see you there because of rumors that D.C. is spreading about you in other neighborhoods.
3. Don't retaliate at the willow because Michael will get knocked out with a baseball bat. He will have to go to the hospital and you will fell really guilty.
4. Stop smoking. It will slow you down for soccer this year.
Age 17
1. Don't worry bout Brittney. She isn't worried bout you.
2. Write more colleges and stop being lazy. Start planning what you want to do after high school.
3. Stop skipping classes. This will almost cause you not to graduate.
4. Don't go to jack in the box with Keith that one night. Both of you will end up stranded.
5. step up your game
6. Go on your visit to Memphis and ask more questions. This is you will end up living next year.
7. Stop waisting all of your money you will need it next year so start saving.
8. Don't get excited that you might get a new car for graduation because it will not happen and you will be disappointed.
9. Appreciate home cooked meals a lot more. It won't be like this next year.
10. Tell your mom thanks more. You will see all she does once you leave and you're on your own.
