1. Stop eating so many chocolates while reading peoples' advice to themselves when they were younger, you will feel really fucking sick in about 10 minutes. Also, it's just not healthy.
Advice to Mandy, age 16
1. I am the only person who understands how much your heart hurts, but just let it go. One of your best friends is about to make a move on the boyfriend who just broke your heart, get ready. Instead of being pissed at her, let her make her own mistakes...and definitely don't let Jenn chase her in her car when you see her at the coffee shop, she's gonna be really pissed about it for a long time. Jarod is really fake and fucked up and it's better if you just realize that now. You will hook up with way better guys in the near future so don't even waste your time.
2. Spend more time doing school work. You can graduate really soon if you get to work, and then you will be free from school and your family will think you are really kickass. They are going to keep treating you like a failure unless you prove them wrong.
3. Stop buying drugs from Jorge, it's not the drug you think it is, and you shouldn't be doing dirty drugs like that to begin with.
4. Follow your instincts when it comes to your relationship with your mother, she needs to be put in her place. Slamming the door in her face was a good choice.
5. Have fun, have fun, have fun. Don't be scared of other people and live life as much as you can. Don't spend so much time being so sad. Its really not worth it.
6. Start painting, you're good at it.
Advice to Mandy, age 17
1. Don't have sex with that Australian guy in Scotland. I know he's hottt, but he's gross, has a small penis, and is going to sauce and toss you. It's not worth it.
