Advice to Gabby at age 13 :
1. Stop biting your nails!!! It's a bad habit that will be harder to get out of then stopping now.
2. Listen to Alex. He is a true friend and what he says is truly important. Do NOT let him go.
3. Cassie is NOT your friend. Stay as far away from her as possible. She will get you into trouble you will regret for the rest of your life.
4. Do homework ahead of time. This will kill the procrastination bug fast.
5. ALWAYS go to swim practice. Those couple practices will make you a couple seconds faster in your stroke.
