1. When you meet the girl of your dreams, try really hard not to forget everybody else you know. You had friends before her and she's going to be with you for the rest of your life. You'll hurt everyone else by ignoring them.

2. Visit your grandparents. All of them. Talk to them. Have them talk to you. Don't be afraid of them or weird around them. They know a lot and they love you. And in two years, you'll move away to go to college and hardly see them anymore.

3. Don't kill those lizards Elise got for you. It will haunt you for the rest of your life.

4. When Elise wants to get a bunny and you hold off for a little while telling her neither of you are ready for it, don't feel bad about it. You end up saving a bunny's life by not rushing it.

5. When you feel like you're really interested in someone other than your wife, stop. Think about every amazing thing that the two of you have and how perfect you are for each other. There's nothing in the world that is better than that. I promise.
