Advice to Justin, age 16 - 18.
1. Do not cheat on your girl friend, ever, for any reason, even if you are drunk.
2. Do not ask Denise out, the 2 years will be great, but the break up will leave the two of you full of hatred for each other. It is better to stay friends, because you will still be friends now if you do. It will also leave other opportunities open for you.
3. When you get that job you wanted, ask to be put in a different department early on, it will save you the trouble now.
4. Tell Bob not to make the left turn yet.
5. Convince Carl she was a bad mistake in the first place, save him from what he becomes.
6. Save your friendship with John, be there for him when his mother dies, work will understand.
7. Don't lose touch with Quincy and Pete.
8. Reconsider where you are going to college. You will meet some great people, make some good friends your first semester, but should you be doing film instead.
9. Never become friends with Kim, nothing good ever came of it, nothing good ever will. Even if you love her, and she loves you, it will be too late.
10. Charm and sweetness can work, just be sincere.
11. Never take no for an answer, always try again.

13. If you want to write a script, write a script. If you want to make a movie, make a movie.
14. When Ryan ask if you want to be in his new band, even though Kayla will hate you, do it, you will go somewhere, and you and her will end up not friends anyway.
