Advice to Kim Ha, 12 months ago:
1-Don't blow off you chemical mechanisms homework. It's really easy, but you need more than 15 minutes to do them. And actually study in your office. It doesn't do you any good to sleep on your desk.
2-Let go of those you love. It's better for them and better for you. Don't let Ba Ngoai's ghost haunt you. She wouldn't have wanted it that way. Relax, you'll see her in your dreams.
3-Don't be so paranoid. You're making people around you nervous.
4-Don't let your family slip away from you. They're all you got.
5-Don't be afraid of falling in love. Ok, he's not so great at making you feel like you're gonna get married or something, or other silly promises like that, but he has his reasons, and you know he really cares for you. He is affectionate and he always saves special food for you. He treats you right, and you will be madly in love with him and not want to be with anybody else. Treat him right and don't make him keep hanging on, or he's gonna slip away and you'll regret it.
6-Don't be afraid. And listen. Always listen very closely.
