Advice To Erica Groeber at age Nine:
1. Your own friends sometimes might trick you, please take charge of your own choices in life.
2. Learn to listen to other's advice and be patient with a teacher, you'll need to learn that before you speak out against the teacher.
3. Enjoy your life, you're young and full of energy. There's plenty of time before you reach adulthood.
4. Lying might get you into trouble in school. So try to stop while you're ahead.
5. Be brave and stand up for yourself, you may regret this if you don't up to those bullies that tease you.
6. Don't get too upset when someone insults you, remember, no one likes a brat.
7. Love your family and friend who care for you. They will love you back, and give you the attention you need.
8. When your mother gets upset on the phone this year, it's something serious. When you over hear the conversation, try not to panic to what she's saying. Just remain calm and comfort her while she's crying.
9. Don't be too upset when news gets out over the entire school of why you had to skip class this same day to go to counselor. Everyone is concerned about you and wants to help you.
10. And what is this news? Well...Remember to love and look up your brother older Martin as much as you can, because this year, he will be passing away.
