Brad, here are a few things you should know before you start your senior year.
1) You will kiss a boy at the faint, leave it at that, it won't go anywhere.
2) You have high goals, don't let a boy get in the way of them, apply to Central saint martins and complete the test for Cooper Union, you WILL get in.
3) One night you aren't going to want to drink but all your friends are going to try and get you to. DON'T DO IT. It will just bring more heartache then you can possibly imagine.
4) A show is not more important than your artwork.
5) Lots of people will be fake to you and befriend you because it is the popular thing to do, watch out for them and don't indulge them.
6) Stop dying your hair, you will want your real hair colour back before you know it and will dye it uncontrollably until you get back to it.
7) Understand your brother is just now finding out who he is and bear with it.
8) Goulashes in the summer time IS NOT a fashion statement.
9) Wear clothes that fit.
10) Don't get too caught up in the San Diego social scene, it will fail you and you will be left disappointed and confused.
11) There will be a moment in time when you have the choice to ask him to Denny's or not. Ask him, enjoy your time, but don't push the fact that you will be hurt in the end out of your head. Always pick up the phone when he calls and never get angry or jealous because it is out of your control.
12) Don't grow that beard, it looks as ridiculous as you thought it would
13) Although tempting to get rid of all your flaws with make up, don't do it, it is already passé when you start doing it.
14) Be prepared to do a lot of soul searching when you start college, you may think you know exactly who you are right now but trust me, you have no idea.
15) Never stop doing art and don't get that Myspace thing even though your friends tell you to.
