Advice to Paul in middle school:
1. Don't be afraid to hug Kristen. You think it will last forever but it is just a stupid middle school relationship. You shouldn't be worried about screwing it up; she dumps you on your 7th month anniversary after asking you for money for ice cream in lunch.
2. You don't love her.
3. Don't try to choke Nick at the dance because he stole your woman. Get over yourself we both know your wouldn't really do it.
Advice to Paul Later that year in middle school
1. You will never end up with Allie. You don't "love" her either. I think you just picked a random cute girl because you think as a middle school boy you have to "like" somebody.
2. Don't try to kill Rob with a sharpened stick. Sure he is going out with Allie but killing him won't make her like you. You make everyone think you're a psychopath for a year or so. Besides, Rob becomes one of your close friends the very next year.
Advice to Paul the next year of middle school
1. Don't go out with Carmina. Sure she was embarrassingly the first non related girl you ever hugged; it's not a sign from God, your just going through puberty. She had a mustache for God's sake.
2. Don't Hook up with and grope Carmina at the dance. Your mom is Chaperoning and she sees you. Trust me later on in the school year she will get pregnant by a random guy and temporarily drop out of school.
Advice to Paul as a freshman in high school
1. Don't be so afraid of talking to people you don't normally associate with.
Advice to Paul last summer
1. Don't make out with Katrina. She is not attractive in any sense and you will be made fun of for quite a while.
Advice to Paul last week
1. Stop flirting with girls over instant messaging so much. You have a habit of falling for any girl who gives you the slightest bit of attention and you talk to them online without seeing them often in person so you end up going to far with them and having to break it off. You will feel awkward around them for the rest of high school.
