I wont feel any attachment to my body when I die because at that point I will cease to exist and all existence will end for me because now it only exists as my perception. So when I die I give all of my bodily rights to the person I am closest to at that time. Presumably a significant other, but if there is no such person then let those who care enough to debate it do just that and put it to a vote if necessary. If there is nobody who cares to comment then I allow anything to happen to my body.
