Well, actually I am quite scared of what happens to me when I die. My dad has this idea that when he dies, he would like to be turned into a diamond. But recently after I found out that this can be done, I also found out that these "people jewels" turn into a bad shade of yellow. So I don't really want to be turned into a rock that looks like frozen pee.
I have these ideas. If I was buried, I would like to be buried vertically, like in Japan, because that way more people can fit into the ground next to me. If I was buried, I would also like to be buried with a few of my favourite CDs. And photos of my family. And also a clock. I'm not sure why, but it feels right.
I don't fancy the idea of being under the ground, rotting in a box though. Maybe I could have a tree planted on top of me! Then people will go into the nice little park, and see a gigantic tree, which I will be a part of! But then people might start carving into the tree, saying that A.B loves C.D 4eva... I don't really want that to happen. And I don't want to be chopped down either.
There is also a possibility that my coffin could be ejected into space, I could just float for ever and ever into the depths of space. And I won't rot either. But there is also the possibility that I might get sucked into a blackhole, warped into a spaceship for experiments in a glass tube, crash into a meteor, or plummet towards a planet and cause extinction with my impact.
But I am only 15 years old. I don't want to die, and I don't really want to think about what happens to my body when I die. As long as any body that remembers me can come and see my little rock with words written on, and leave something nice on my grave, then that will make me happy. I think, at least.
