1. My parents moved us from the yellow house where my bedroom had two attics, to the house where I was allergic to the green woolen carpet.
2. I wore a corduroy jumper to my first day of kindergarden. There was a cut out of a small girl on the front pocket and I was sure that she looked just like me.
3. Andy Yager wet his pants while the teacher was reading aloud to the class. I remembering crying out of his embarassment. This was probably just the beginning of my sympathetic crying tendencies.
4. My grandparents took me to the Humane Society and let me choose a small grey kitten to take home with me. The back seat smelled like stale cigarettes and I named her Smokey. She lived until 2005.
5. My brother was still my biggest hero. It didn't matter that he didn't run the fastest or win at Capture the Flag. Everything he said was pretty much truth.
