I was born on June 9, 1982. When I was 1.5 yrs I was diagnosed with strabisma (cross eyes). I had to have eye surgery and I rmemeber every detail (nightmares). It wasn't until I was about 10 that I told my mom abour the nightmares and horrified, she realized that I had been dreaming about surgery all these years. Anyways. I was a thumb sucker I think from the tramatic event. I won't say when I quit except that it took me over half my life (to date) to kick the habit. Of course no one knew after about age 7. I have never been academically smart but have really enjoyed art. I started ballet lessons when I was three and trained professionally until I was 14. I was recruited by many professional ballet companies nad then I got tendonitis in my knees and that shot my dancing career. Because of dance, I really didn't date much and considering I'm quite an independent person, I never really liked to depend on guys to make me happy. I didn't have many friends either and was quite a shy person. In high school I had this physics teacher that ws a jerk. He told me I wouldn never amount to anything and that art was a useless talent and that I was wasting my time sketching and doodling. I decided to take up art as a profession after that. I also graduated a year early from highschool because my classmen were pious prudes. I left the highschool world at age 16 and never looked back. I attended a year of liberal arts college and enjoyed the sculpture department there. I then went to work at a resort for the summer and met MR. Right (Even though I really cant' stand him sometimes). I jumped into marriage early (partly due to religion) part do to a need to get away from home and start fresh (and of course there's that love factor). those first few years were hell. It's amazing we didn't get divorced. During that time I continued in school and graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design. I've had a successful career thus far and am lucky to be able to work from home and care for my baby. He was born on September 9, 2004 (five weeks early might i add) and is the sweetest most beautiful baby ever. I love spending time with him and hope that i can be a good mother and example to him. As for my husband, I'm pretty indifferent toward him right now but I'll get over it and we'll be friends again in a couple of days.
And that's about it.
