The image on top is my earliest known photo with the scar, from a school portrait. The one below was taken last night 2007, 23 years later. The cut was fully healed by the time the first photo was taken. I must have been two or three while jumping on my parents' bed and then...SMACK onto their dresser. I remember the accident as it having occurred, but not the injury itself. I can only imagine that I blacked out. No stitches.

The second image additionally shows a fading scar over the eyelid from two ill-fated and ill-advised piercings. Soon after trouble surfaced, literally-infectiously-they were professionally removed with eyelid drained, and promptly there was sign of improvement. I had to use boiled eggs to draw out the remains of discoloration over the next weeks. This is the result 13 years later.
